The Supertone API will shut down on August 31, 2026

The Supertone API is being discontinued. It remains fully operational until the shutdown date, but new sign-ups, purchases, and payments ended on July 23, 2026. Please complete your migration to an alternative provider before the shutdown.

Discontinuation notice. New sign-ups, purchases, and payments end.

August 31, 2026

The Supertone API shuts down. All API requests stop being served, and access to the Developer Console ends.

What this means for API users

  • Until August 31, 2026 — the API works exactly as it does today. All endpoints, SDKs, and the Developer Console remain available. Existing API keys stay valid.
  • No new purchases — credit purchases and payments ended on July 23, 2026. You can continue to use your remaining credit balance until the shutdown.
  • After August 31, 2026 — all API requests will fail, and the Developer Console will no longer be accessible.
If your product depends on the Supertone API, we recommend completing your migration to an alternative provider before August 31, 2026 to avoid service interruption.

Refunds

Refunds are processed automatically — no request is required.
  • Add-on credits: the unused balance of purchases made on or after June 1, 2026 is refunded to your original payment method.
  • Free bonus and sign-up credits are excluded from refunds.
  • Timing: refunds are processed in early September 2026.

Your data

After the service ends, all customer data is securely destroyed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law, and cannot be recovered.
