## API 이용자 안내

* **2026년 8월 31일까지** — API는 지금과 동일하게 작동합니다. 모든 엔드포인트, SDK, [개발자 콘솔](https://console.supertoneapi.com)을 계속 이용하실 수 있으며, 기존 API 키도 유효합니다.
* **신규 구매 중단** — 크레딧 구매 및 결제는 2026년 7월 23일부로 중단되었습니다. 보유하신 잔여 크레딧은 종료일까지 사용하실 수 있습니다.
* **2026년 8월 31일 이후** — 모든 API 요청이 실패하며, 개발자 콘솔에도 접속하실 수 없습니다.

  Supertone API를 사용하는 서비스를 운영 중이시라면, 서비스 중단을 피하기 위해 **2026년 8월 31일 이전에** 대체 서비스로의 마이그레이션을 완료하시길 권장합니다.

## 환불 안내

환불은 **자동으로** 처리되며, 별도 신청이 필요하지 않습니다.

* **추가 크레딧**: **2026년 6월 1일** 이후 구매분의 미사용 잔액이 결제하신 수단으로 환불됩니다.
* **무료 보너스 및 가입 크레딧**은 환불 대상에서 제외됩니다.
* **환불 시기**: 2026년 9월 초에 처리됩니다.

9월 초 이후에도 환불을 받지 못하셨다면 [contact@supertone.ai](mailto:contact@supertone.ai)로 연락 주세요.

## 데이터 처리 안내

서비스 종료 후 모든 고객 데이터는 개인정보 처리방침과 관련 법령에 따라 안전하게 파기되며, **복구할 수 없습니다**.
